I recently hosted a birthday party, needing some decorations I went to my local party store. The prices were crazy! instead I just hopped on Pinterest and typed in DIY and Party and I got some great inspirations! Here’s a cool one that can easily transform any ordinary string of lights into the perfect party-making atmosphere!
Here’s what you need:
- a pack of 100 Dixie Cups
- scissors and an X-acto knife
- scrapbook paper in desired colors
- white Christmas lights (LED is best)
- double sided tape
- a pencil
